Indoor air quality problems can lead to minor to major irritations for
certain persons including the building manager trying to remedy the
problem.
New or older buildings are both prime candidates for indoor air
problems typically called sick building syndrome.
Unfortunately, poor indoor air symptoms usually occur during the flu
and cold season and may be difficult to differentiate between the two
without testing the building.
Villa Environmental Consultants, Inc.,
works with the building manager and the occupants to remedy the problem
on a timely basis.
Our investigation focuses on the leading causes for the symptoms and
may require that testing be completed. After the test results are available,
we develop a work plan for the remediation crew to follow. After
the clean up, we complete clearance sampling to verify that the mold has
been adequately cleaned.

the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE),
and follow the US EPA recommendation for work plan development.
