MAERS
sounds like something NASA created to scope outer space, but it is
actually stands for Michigan Air Emissions Reporting System.
The Michigan Air Pollution Control Rules requires that an annual
report from a commercial, industrial, or governmental source of
emissions of an air contaminant, if the department decides that the
information will help them determine and properly manage the air quality
in the State of Michigan.
The due date for all MAERS submittals is March 15. If you
still have not submitted the MAERS for your facility, or would like help
on next years submittal, please contact Eric
Larcinese from our office for further details on how we can help you
remain in compliance.
