Rick Villa, President, has been providing Health, Safety and Environmental services since 1979 and has  maintained an office in downtown Benton Harbor, Michigan the entire time.  Rick graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University.  He is a certified asbestos inspector, asbestos project designer and asbestos management planner. Rick finds himself at the desk performing corporate duties, report reviewing, project management, and also manages to include field work.

Eric Larcinese, Vice President, is a certified professional geologist and has been in the environmental arena since 1989.  He graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s of Science and furthered his studies in graduate school at Western Michigan University focusing of ground water.  Eric manages the land resources and geotechnical projects including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, contaminant investigations, soil and ground water clean ups, and Environmental Assessments per NEPA.

Don Bell, Industrial Hygienist Supervisor, has a Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. He has been conducting building surveys for over 20 years and asbestos surveys for over 15 years.  Don investigates mold impacted buildings, finds cures for the sick building, and is a certified asbestos inspector, asbestos management planner, and asbestos contractor supervisor.

Jill Welham, Environmental Specialist, has been working in the environmental field since 1999 conducting Phase I environmental site assessments, monitor well sampling, and asbestos inspector. She possesses an Associate’s degree from Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Jill is a certified asbestos inspector and conducts Phase I ESA, asbestos surveys, samples wells, manages asbestos removal projects etc.

Hayley White, Office Manager, has over 20 years experience in the office setting.  Hayley provides all accounting and book keeping duties, tax payments, insurance, payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and assists in extensive day to day operations.  She provides word processing back up, editing and report compilation.  She has a Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.

Jessica Sanders, Environmental Technician, has a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan Technological University in Engineering. Jessica is working on her asbestos certification.  She samples monitor wells, database reviews for Phase I ESA, and other soil and water sampling activities.


Jennifer Markham, Environmental Technician E.I.T. possesses an Environmental Engineering degree from Michigan Technological University and has been working in the environmental field since 2009 including QA/QC at the Cripple Creek and Victor gold mine in Colorado before moving to Michigan’s Great Southwest.  Jennifer has been working on our clients clean up feasibility analyses, technical report writing, and collects data and samples from various sites.
