The Right Staff for Your Project...

The staff at Villa Environmental Consultants, Inc., is versatile and experienced in the environmental arena. We believe that customer service is an integral part of our business. To help you associate with our staff, we offer the following background on our employees, starting with the people that you will probably talk to first if you telephone us.

Gail Hackensmith - Administrative Assistant, our newest team member. Gail handles the majority of our report editing and ensures reports go out in a timely manner.

Becky Spivey - Office Manager, has a Bachelor's degree from Colorado Technical University. She handles all of our office issues, including; book keeping, special projects, billing questions, etc. Becky also researches past files when there are questions about closed jobs.

Jill Welham - Environmental Technician, brings 6 years of experience in the environmental arena from a Pittsburgh company. Jill will utilize her skills in a combination of ways helping in the office and conducting field investigations for asbestos, indoor air and property transactions.

Rick Villa - President, has experience in everything we do. His major focus, besides running the company, is asbestos, lead paint, indoor air, or energy conservation projects. Rick has over 25 years of experience in the environmental arena. He has a bachelor of science (civil engineering) degree from Michigan State University.

Don Bell - Field Operations Supervisor, has a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University. Don handles the field portions of asbestos, indoor air investigations, and lead based paint projects. He also has experience in Hazcom programs and other related health and safety issues. Don has been with us for over 7 years.

Eric Larcinese - Vice President, has 18 years experience in the environmental arena and has over 13 years with us. Considered the best looking of the bunch, he is also the webmaster. Eric handles Safety issues, property transactions (Phase I ESA) and project oversight on subsurface investigations. He has a bachelors degree from Eastern Michigan University and graduate studies at Western Michigan University.
